I think more than I publish
I have accumulated project notes, diagrams, half-tested ideas and lessons that never became public writing. The ideas behind LuckySparrow, Roost, Soar, Featherly, Nest and Aviary are connected, but a list of product names does not explain the decisions linking them. This notebook is where those connections become inspectable.
A website as a commitment device
The site is not meant to prove that I have everything figured out. It is a small piece of infrastructure that makes publishing easier and gives unfinished thinking somewhere to become clearer. I would rather publish fewer notes that are genuinely useful than manufacture a content schedule detached from the work.
Building in public without pretending everything works
I want to document experiments while keeping a visible line between facts, hypotheses and opinions. A product direction can be promising without being validated. A prototype can be technically interesting without being useful. Failed approaches belong here too when I can explain what was attempted, what was learned and what changed.
What I will write about
The subjects will follow the work: LuckySparrow, software and systems, AI agents and automation, entrepreneurship in Switzerland, products, personal organisation, telecommunications and the broader relationship between technology and autonomy.
What success means for this blog
Success does not mean building a large publishing machine. It means creating a durable body of useful notes, making clearer decisions and keeping a record of ideas tested in practice. If the notebook helps me notice a repeated mistake earlier — or helps somebody else make a better decision — it is doing useful work.
