I am interested in a specific kind of technology: the kind that gives people more agency.

⁰¹My professional path crosses several layers of the technological world. I have worked in software development and on websites, digital products and automation, but I also work hands-on with telecommunications infrastructure in Switzerland. That combination shaped the way I think. A clean architecture, attractive interface or convincing presentation is not enough. Systems must survive contact with users, physical constraints, incomplete information and everyday reality.

⁰²My work now centres on LuckySparrow, an umbrella for products and small businesses that I am building step by step. The ecosystem includes software products, AI agents, business infrastructure and personal organisation tools. The long-term objective is not to build the largest possible company. It is to build several useful, durable and increasingly autonomous systems that create real value without requiring constant manual supervision.

⁰³I naturally think in connections: between technology and business, software and infrastructure, individual freedom and good organisation, ambition and sustainability. This sometimes produces more ideas than finished publications, which is one reason this website exists.

⁰⁴The blog is my public notebook. I use it to clarify ideas, preserve lessons, document decisions and test assumptions against reality. I write about software, AI agents, entrepreneurship in Switzerland, product development, personal systems and the broader social or economic questions connected with them.

⁰⁵This is neither a guru blog nor a polished success story written backwards. I do not have a finished doctrine. I have projects, observations, experiments, failures and a strong preference for checking what is true before pretending to know.
